The General Director of Water, Sebastián Degado, visited today the works of the new collector of Las Torres de Cotillas, which has an investment of 144,400 euros and will improve the sanitation network for the evacuation of domestic wastewater.
This section received urban and rainwater discharges from other areas of the municipality, which caused problems in the service on numerous occasions due to the increase in flows.
In order to resolve this situation, the Community has implemented a new sanitation network, for which a pipeline of 496 meters and 500 millimeters in diameter has been installed in Bolivia Street, and another of 185 meters and 400 millimeters in the street. Higher.
The improvement works have been completed with the replacement of all the affected services, as well as with the paving of the streets in said sections.
