With the title of 'Death is not the end', the literary association 'The Towers' held on Thursday November 29 a new edition of its 'Literary Thursdays'.
On this occasion the evening held at the House of Culture 'Pedro Serna' had three proposals: on the one hand, poetry read by the members of the Torrena group;
on the other, with the music performed by Pedro Cabrera;
and, finally, with the representation by the actors of the amateur theater group 'Tejuba' of the municipality of the immortal work 'Don Juan Tenorio'.
"This monthly cultural event is a reference in our municipality and it is always a pleasure to attend and enjoy the proposal of the literary association 'Las Torres', an entity that always has great assistance in the events it celebrates," says the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
This Christmas the appointment with the 'Literary Thursdays' will be on Thursday, December 27 (20'30 hours), where the 'Tejuba' child acting staging 'How beautiful it is to live!'.
