The Cabildo Superior de Cofradías of Las Torres de Cotillas held an act of homage to its former presidents on the night of Saturday, March 23, at the church of Nuestra Señora de la Salceda.

The entertainers were Andrés Jiménez, Bernardino Sánchez, Juan Pérez and José Sánchez, and posthumously Manuel Fernández, Pedro Verdú and Miguel Bermúdez will be remembered.

The night featured the performance of the Las Torres de Cotillas Music Band, which performed processional Holy Week marches, and with the screening of a video report on the half-century of history of the Cabildo, with sketches of its presidents honored.

"The City Council collaborates in the good development of the acts that constitute the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Cabildo", says the president of this institution, Juan José Ruiz.

This event, which was attended by Mayor Torreña, Isabel María Zapata, is part of the development of Holy Week 2019, which this year counts as a preacher with Rafael Fuentes and Rafael Callejas as Nazarene of the Year.
