That is the objective of the contest 'Tú sí que cantas' to be held next Wednesday, August 23 (20 hours) in the municipal auditorium 'Juan Baños' Torreño municipality, in the framework of the Festivities in honor of the Virgin of The Salceda.
Organized by the Department of Festivities in collaboration with the local association 'Brodguay', in this artistic competition two categories have been established, the first two of which will be awarded: children (from 3 to 7 years) and junior (from 8 to 17 years) .
"Participants can submit to the competition as a soloist, duo or small vocal or musical grouping with a minimum of four people," explains the Councilor of Festivities, Amalia Pérez, indicating that the musical genre will be free and that the songs can be interpreted With musical base or instrument (piano, guitar, etc.).
The jury will evaluate various aspects of the performance to assign the score, such as presentation (staging, costumes, interaction with the public ...), interpretive quality, vocalization, and rhythm and harmony.
The registration form, which can be delivered in the Town Hall Torreño until August 19, is available on the municipal website (www.lastorresdecotillas.es) and can also be requested by mail to brodguay.asociacion@gmail.com.
