An authentic feast of harmony, gastronomy and exultation around one of the most typical Murcian dishes.
That is what they could enjoy the attendants to the 'Night Torreña de las Migas', new and multitudinous activity that this year offered the Patron Celebrations of the Towers of Cotillas and that was celebrated yesterday Thursday 24 of August in the esplanade Master Don Angel Palazón .
An evening in which the numerous participants had fun making this traditional recipe, where there was music to dance and beer tasting, and as a cherry the popular Murcia singer Salva Ortega offered a concert with free admission.
In yesterday's events there was also time for the sport, such as the 3x3 basketball championship that was played in the pavilion 'Mireia Belmonte' and the final of the tennis tournament played on the courts of the municipal sports center.
A championship in which Jesus Quesada won the final of the gold category to Daniel Cañete (6-2 / 6-0), while in the silver Abel Garcia won Roman Martin (6-4 / 6-3 ).
In addition, the cult of the patron saint did not fail, since a Eucharist was celebrated in the headquarters of the Confraternity of the Holy Woman Verónica and Holy Christ of the fall, after which the image of the Virgin of the Salceda was transferred to its parish .

Today, Friday 25th August, a holiday in Las Torres de Cotillas, the traditional 'Bicycle Day' will take place (10 hours).

At noon will begin the 'III Holi Festival' with the firm promise to bring back to the Station Park fun, colorful, music, joy, participation and lots of party.
With several mass launches of holi powder programmed all day and until the fall of the afternoon, participants will have in the festive grounds with music, live performances, a giant paella.
Bars, DJ's ... The tickets of this festival can be purchased until today in the City Hall and in the shops associated with the 'Las Torres' Commercial Area, and tomorrow in the venue itself from 12 hours while they remain.
"For the price of four euros include two bags of holi powder and a paella tasting," specifies Pérez.
As it is tradition the municipality will dress of huertano for the offering of flowers and fruits to the patron saint (20'30 hours), a parade that will leave of the Hermitage of the Cross and will conclude with the celebration of an Huertana mass in the door of the Church of Our Lady of the Salceda.
And as a culmination of the day, the festive program proposes two very different concerts, both with free admission: on the one hand, 'In Vivo' will perform a tribute to the group 'Il Divo' in the auditorium 'Juan Baño' (23 hours), and , On the other, Murcia 'Second' group (23 hours) will sing on the esplanade Maestro Don Ángel Palazón, with the performance as opening act for 'Noise' and Dingy DJ.
