The green and white of Our Lady of Hope Macarena and the lila of Jesus Cautivo did not fail in their appointment with the Holy Tuesday of Las Torres de Cotillas.
At 9:30 pm sharp on the night of Tuesday, March 27 - and after a minute of silence in memory of the two murdered townspeople - the procession left from the Church of Our Lady of Salceda, starring the Titular images of both the brotherhood of La Verónica and Santísimo Cristo de la Caída and of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno.
Thus the Holy Week Torrena lived a new procession, with its penitents, Romans, manolas and drummers, who traveled the usual itinerary through the streets of the municipality until they returned to their starting point.
There, both images starred in the traditional meeting embraced by hundreds of faithful.
