The students of the IES "Salvador Sandoval" Las Torres de Cotillas lived on Wednesday February 29 unforgettable educational experience the hand of one of his teachers, Miguel Mellado.
And is that about a hundred students of the subjects of "Image and Communication" (1 High School) and "Plastic" (1 of ESO) of this teaching Mellado shared with a class in the school courtyard , where his teacher showed off his skills as a painter treasures more than a hundred awards in national competitions in painting, and embodied in one of his canvases the front of the center and its surroundings.
This work will illustrate the cover of "The Tube", a journal published by the IES "Salvador Sandoval," and where working with content such as news, articles, stories and reports both the teachers and the pupils of the school.
"The purpose of this activity was to stimulate in students learning from a different angle, outside the usual and outdoors, developing a complementary and enriching its curriculum where observation, image and color play a role determinant, "said Mellado.
"A major helped them to take pictures of the work and working environment that will help them later works, while small observed, drawn and checked how it works in paint stains," says the professor.
