This coming Saturday 21 December the "Sports Center Towers" organized in collaboration with the Department of Sport Towers Cotillas and Fitness and Training Institute (INFE), a charity event in its facilities for "Jesus Forsaken ".
This event, which was presented Tuesday December 17 by Councilman Sports Cotillas Towers, Ginés Pérez Iniesta, the director of "Sports Center Towers" (WDT), Rodrigo Martínez and training director INFE, Beatriz León, is a true celebration of sport in which to participate only necessary to assist with non-perishable food or toys.
Thus, during the morning three kinds of bike they will (at 10, 11 and 12 hours), activities for which participants must register in advance at the reception of the sports center for the whole week.
There will also be outdoor classes Zumba, Aerolatino, box, Hollywood, hip-hop ... For these proposals will be required any registration.

Remember that the "Las Torres Sports Center" is located in the Catholic Kings Avenue Cotillas Towers features a multi-sports area with weight rooms, cardio and bike, many guided activities (like Pilates, intensitive, workout, GAP or funky) and two pools (one indoor and one outdoor, both totaling between four glasses).
The center also offers other services like public bath, swim in the outdoor pool (with corresponding bonds), and swimming courses throughout the year taught by instructors and led to babies, pregnant women, children, and adults over 55.
