The new edition of the annual breast cancer prevention campaign has begun between the Torreñas between 50 and 69 years old.
A mobile unit is installed in front of the Old Town Hall to make free mammograms to which more than 1,700 residents of the municipality have been cited by letter.
"These x-rays of the breast allow diagnosing cancer in time, because early detection is one of the best ways to fight against this disease," said Mayor Isabel María Zapata, who said that this campaign will end on May 17.
