The hall of plenary sessions of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas has been the scene today, Monday, October 1 of the day-workshop 'Resolution of conflicts for the creation of a healthy work environment', aimed at municipal workers.
With nearly fifty attendees throughout the morning, this free proposal has addressed specific issues on conflict resolution, presenting information through the presentation of reports by an expert, encouraging debate and proposing practical activities.
"It is a proposal included in the training program 2018 of the School of Training and Innovation of Public Administration of the Region of Murcia, in which the City of Las Torres de Cotillas collaborates through the Bureau of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication, "explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
Taught by José Antonio Ruiz, this day-workshop has been face-to-face and has had a total of 5 teaching hours.
"The social center of Los Pulpites already hosted on Tuesday, September 18, a workshop on this subject, aimed primarily at crafts and cleaning staff of the City Council," says Personal Councilor Angel González.
