The association 'Young Artists of the Torres de Cotillas', in collaboration with the Department of Culture, is preparing a multidisciplinary exhibition to celebrate the 'International Day for the elimination of gender violence'.
"This exhibition is scheduled from November 23 to 25 at the Center for Young Artists and now we are looking for people who want to participate by exhibiting their work," says the association's coordinator, Alejandra Valera.
The objective of this exhibition is to raise awareness and raise awareness about the problem of gender violence, presenting all kinds of works that propose different points of view on this situation.
"We also seek to involve all kinds of artists, focusing especially on young people, because we believe that we must make people think from an early age in order to change society," says Valera.
For writers and musicians too
"In addition, they also want to expand the offer to musicians and writers to spend a day reciting written works, such as poetry, stories or micro-stories, and offer live music," reports the councilor for Culture, Pedro Cabrera.
Those interested in receiving more information or presenting their proposals (they have until November 4) can write whatsapp on the phone 689.539.849, by email jovenes.artistas.ltdc@gmail.com or enter the Facebook and Instagram networks of the Asociation.
