Next Monday, October 29 (9 hours) the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC) of Las Torres de Cotillas will hold an informative day attended by the students of Vocational Training of the IES 'La Florida' of the municipality.
With the assistance of the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, and the Councilor for Commerce and Consumption, Inmaculada Fernández, this activity will be led by the person in charge of the service, Francisco Juan Sánchez.
"The City of Las Torres de Cotillas puts special interest in the support to consumers, providing this service that throughout the year ensures their rights and that has an excellent assessment by users," says Zapata, who recalls that this office has consumer arbitration.
"It is an out-of-court system where disagreements of an economic or similar nature are resolved between consumers and businesses, businesses or professionals," explains the councilor, who recalls that Las Torres de Cotillas is the county seat of the Consumer Arbitration Board, giving coverage with this virtual system to the neighbors of Alguazas, Ceutí, Lorquí and Javalí Nuevo.
