The 'IX Carmen Montero Medina International Poetry Contest' is already heading towards the end of its term to deliver works.

"Until next November 10 can deliver the works, which will be free and written in Spanish," point from the Foundation 'Carmen Montero Medina', organizer of the call with the collaboration of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas.

"This year has included a novelty in the call, since it has created a prize for authors resident in our municipality," explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who remembers the established prizes: one endowed with 1,000 euros to the winning work of the international contest, while the winner of the category for neighbors of Las Torres de Cotillas will take 200 euros.
