The mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, Isabel María Zapata, has started a round of meetings in the neighborhoods and districts of the municipality to meet and attend first hand the needs of their neighbors.
The first of these meetings took place on the night of Wednesday, November 7, in the neighborhood center of La Florida, where his pedáneo, Francisca Jiménez, was also present.
"In addition to having always open the doors of the City Council for our neighbors, we believe it is very important to approach them to facilitate them to get us the needs of their neighborhoods that we can improve," says the councilor, who has qualified this first meeting of "very helpful".
The next appointment will be at the neighborhood center of La Media Legua on Wednesday, November 14 at 9:00 p.m.
"We are working on the calendar of upcoming meetings," says Zapata.
