The archery gives another medal to Las Torres de Cotillas.
This time it was in the second edition of the championship of Spain of archery 3D indoor, where the archer Francisco José López managed to hang the silver medal.
Held in Atarfe (Granada), the Torreño participated in a very disputed final where he was only one point behind Joaquín Mérida from Granada and ahead of Jorge Sacristán from Madrid.
"Francisco José managed to be second in the senior category of male composite bow", explains the Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Ginés Pérez, who wanted to send him the congratulations of the entire municipality.
"It is a pride to have athletes of this level in Las Torres de Cotillas and we congratulate them for their competitiveness, their talent and their dedication," says the mayor, who recalls that Lopez belongs to the club 'Rincon del Águila'.
