A relaxation workshop has given by initiates in Las Torres de Cotillas on Friday November 23 the activities proposed by the Department of Equality to commemorate the 'International Day for the elimination of gender violence'.
Based in the social center of Los Pulpites, this initiative will be repeated again on Saturday, taught by personal coach Esther Vidal.
"The workshop is very interesting and it seeks that its assistants learn and practice different forms of relaxation through inspiring music, visualizations and breathing exercises", points out the councilor of the area, María Dolores Sánchez.
An exhibition has also been programmed with the objective of raising awareness and raising awareness about the problem of gender violence, presenting all kinds of works that propose different points of view on this situation.
