The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has already launched the project to improve various green areas of the municipality, which is expected a total investment of more than 110,000 euros.
On the one hand, the space located on Casilda Buendía street is currently under construction, where the pavement will be improved, which is raised by the effect of the roots of the trees, and in addition artificial grass will be installed on the beds as new urban furniture.
In these works are also the remodeling of the green space next to 'Galisán', where it will be installed security floor in certain games, artificial turf will be placed and the pavement will be improved, replacing in several areas the sand of albero by concrete pavement.
Likewise, the planting of vegetation has been designed to generate new areas of shade and the placement of new urban furniture.
Work already finished
A project that already has several finished areas.
In the gardens of Calle Amparo Barrio and the garden of Los Llanos, security fences have already been installed in their children's play areas, while in the La Loma playground, located next to the neighborhood center, the floor has also been renovated of security of the zone of infantile games.
"The fencing of the auditorium 'Juan Baño' located in the Parque de la Constitución has also been painted," says City Councilor for Maintenance of the City, Inmaculada Fernández.
