The school 'Monte Azahar' of Las Torres de Cotillas has wanted to bring the history of the municipality to its students in a most entertaining way.
And coinciding with the celebration of the 700th anniversary as mayorazgo of the municipality, which is being commemorated this year, they prepared the play 'A nod to the history of Las Torres', which their students represented on December 13 at the Casa de la Culture 'Pedro Serna'.
"It is a work in which they have worked very hard throughout the year and of which they offered three performances: one for their peers from Infantile and Primary, others for Secondary and one last for parents and guests", explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who did not want to miss this pleasant staging and took the opportunity to congratulate all the participants in this cultural adventure.
