Torrena Ingrid González emigrated to Germany on June 21, 2013, along with her husband and two children, in search of work and future due to the Spanish economic crisis.
As he relates, what happened to him during his stay in the Bavarian country "is a real family affair".
Iker, born on March 30, 2002, is his eldest son who arrived in Germany with a diagnosis of aggressive hyperactivity, according to the family.
He started his studies at a German school.
The mother reported the minor's situation, as well as the specialized care regarding her hyperactivity.
"The school ignored and called the JUGENDAMT (German social services), without the mother's knowledge or any previous consultation," they complain.
"JUGENDAMT visited the family giving alternative centers for the education of the minor, and in October 2104, Iker entered Heilpädagogium Schillerhaim, 67292 Kirchheimbolanden, where he is expelled for having committed three misconduct".
("It should be remembered that the center was informed of the hyperactivity situation and the care that Iker needed", they insist from the family).
JUGENDAMT sent Iker home until he found a new educational center.
In August 2016, JUGENDAMT reported a new center 200 km away from the mother's home.
The mother, after knowing the center, accesses her son's income, trusting JUGENDAMT, and signing a contract in German, they report.
The child was held incommunicado for four weeks for "reasons of adaptation."
Since that day, Ingrid has not been able to see her son, currently she is not even allowed to talk to him on the phone.
In previous phone calls, he was not allowed to speak in Spanish with Iker.
Even so, the mother is aware of the forced medication applied to Iker, who barely reacts and responds with monosyllables.
Ingrid does not agree with the measures taken by the center with regard to Iker, after several petitions to JUGENDAMT, the silence is her response and the information ban to the mother.
For what was not known the real state of Iker, who was admitted to a hospital and this was known after 48 hours, they report.
"The German institution took the case of Iker to trial without the mother having the opportunity to defend her case because of the abandonment of the German public defender right before it, on October 19, 2017," the Iker family complains.
There were no evaluation reports of the child, except those of the German institution that the family considers false and manipulated, and they ignored the documentation submitted by the family allowing the trial to be held without defense counsel.
"The judges decide to remove the mother's parental rights, alleging that Iker wants to stay in Germany which was never manifested to her mother," they add.
In the last call between Iker and Ingrid, the child tells him that he wants to be with his mother and sister.
The time in Germany was running out for Ingrid and on November 1, 2017 she returned to Spain due to lack of work and resources in Germany with her husband and daughter.
Today, the child is admitted to a therapeutic center in Baar (Germany), with parental authority lost by the family, "although he always lived with her and never expressed any desire to stay in Germany."
Today the guardianship has the JUGENDAMT, German social services, despite being a minor Spanish, son of Spaniards and without abandonment.
"The Spanish embassy and consulate have not responded to the requests of the family of Las Torres de Cotillas (Murcia), and their struggle to recover their son is constant and now a German lawyer is informed that the family is going to denounce the via criminal, "they add.
"We are facing institutional kidnappings of Spanish children, children of emigrants in Germany and Austria, who left their country, Spain, in search of a better future," denounces the family.
