The padel schools of Bullas and Las Torres de Cotillas held at the Torreño sports center the second edition of their day of coexistence, in which about 25 young people between 8 and 15 years old participated.
"With this morning of sport we wanted to promote social relations, companionship, fair play and fun," explains Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Ginés Pérez, who attended the event.
On this day, held on Sunday December 2 and organized by the monitor Alberto Zapata, the participants were divided into two groups by age (8 to 11 years and 12 to 15 years) and played a tournament of all against all.
With trophies
At midmorning the participants received a picnic lunch to regain strength and continue to enjoy this sport on the rise.
To close the day a trophy and sports material delivery was made for the winners and participants.
"We appreciate the effort and sacrifice made by the parents of these children so they can meet and enjoy practicing this sport", point from the Torrena school.
"In March we will hold the third edition and we hope that the number of participants will increase, since the children who play are always willing to repeat," says Zapata.
