The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has already opened the tender process for the exploitation of the service of the new canteen of the municipal sports center.
"This administrative concession will be granted for 4 years, period in which the fee that serves as the bidding base will be 2,154.57 euros per year, exempt from VAT," explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who points out that this period has possibility of extension.
The bids submitted to this open procedure must have the economic, financial, technical and professional solvency required in the bidding rules.
"The deadline is 30 business days from tomorrow, Saturday, December 22," says Zapata.

Meanwhile, the construction works of the facility that will house this canteen have already entered its final stretch.
It will be a rectangular building with a useful area of ​​about 44 m2, which will also have public toilets for users of these facilities.
The construction is located in the upper part of the municipal sports center, next to the football field-11 and the tennis and skating rinks.
A project that has a municipal investment of more than 61,000 euros and which seeks to improve the service to users and visitors of these sports facilities, the most popular in the municipality.
