The City of Las Torres de Cotillas continues its commitment to the stabilization and consolidation of its staff, by virtue of the implementation of its Human Resources Management Plan (PORH).
"In 2017, after long negotiations with the representatives of public employees and with the authorization established in the Law of General Budgets of the State, our City Council approved the PORH," explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
Within the framework of this plan, on December 21st, the takings of possession of the first places called for in their Public Employment Offer were held.
"In this plan several strategic lines were contemplated, among them the consolidation and stabilization of temporary personnel, internal promotion, the definitive provision of different positions, etc.", indicates the Personal Councilor, Ángel González, who emphasizes that he has the support of union organizations.
For its fulfillment, the staff and the List of Job Positions (RPT) of the City Council were modified, including those positions and places required, and the Public Employment Offer of 2017 was carried out.
"In addition, during 2018 the process of convening the places included in the Public Employment Offer of our City Council has begun," says Zapata, who wanted to congratulate all the workers who took office a few days ago.
