The patch policy to which we are accustomed from the PP reveals a new episode.

In the recent arrangement of the roof of the Vista Alegre school, in which € 56,000 was "saved" and Cs Las Torres requested that they be invested in the façade with the refusal of the PP, nobody thought to put gutters around the roof to avoid that the water will form puddles in the days of frost.
