The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has incorporated new equipment to improve the municipal sports courts of the town.
Specifically, antivandálicas goals have been placed in the facilities of the neighborhood of Carmen and La Florida.
"It is a metallic reinforced goal, strongly anchored and can withstand major blows, because unfortunately these tracks are open to suffer the action of unscrupulous that threaten the assets of all," explains the councilor of Physical Activity and Sports, Ginés Pérez.
Some goals that in the case of the neighborhood of Carmen even include two basketball baskets to expand the sports offer of the facilities.
"In Florida it has not been necessary because the track already has six baskets," says the mayor.
"It is a proposal that the neighbors had made and we have proceeded to give a full response," says the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who anticipates that the Carmen track will soon be provided with lighting so that its users can extend the hours of utilization.
