The City of Las Torres de Cotillas, within its Equality Plan, held last week a day of awareness and equal opportunities among its employees.
Distributed in several sessions in the plenary hall, this initiative was coordinated by the Councils of Social Services and Equality and Personnel and was aimed at consolidating social responsibility and ensuring the development of quality systems of the City Council.
"These are days that seek to enhance and improve the training of City Hall staff, aimed at avoiding discrimination in the workplace, incorporating positive actions to combat inequality and inform about the advantages and benefits of this type of action in the policy of human resources of the City Council ", explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
