Athlete Torreño Angel Salinas, recent national champion of 60, 200 and 40 meters of veterans over 65 years, will participate in the world championship indoor track master held in Torun (Poland) from March 24 to 30.
A world championship in which Spain will have 287 athletes, being the fourth country in participation, and where Salinas will participate in the 200 and 400 meter trials.
In this international event in Polish lands the sprinter will try to repeat his good performance in the world cup played in Malaga last year.
The three national golds won a few days ago in Orense are added to the long list of titles won by Salinas, which was even bronze in the relays 4x200 meters in its debut with the Spanish team in the European Championship.
