The Journalism and Communication Laboratory for Plural Citizenship (LPCCP) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), in collaboration with the Faculty of Communication of the University of Murcia (UMU), has handed out the Infoparticipa seals in its third edition to the municipalities of the Region of Murcia.
Las Torres de Cotillas has reached 100% of the evaluation of this evaluation that analyzes different parameters to measure the quality and transparency of local public information.
The evaluations were carried out between the last months of January and March, and the only city council that has received the maximum score next to the Torreño has been Cartagena.
Some data that show that 62% of City Councils do not achieve the approved and of the five approved have received the mention Infoparticipa.
Firm bet
The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has been increasing its assessment since the first edition of this study, 2016, with 84.62%, 96'15% in the 2017, until reaching the maximum value of 100% this year.
All this thanks to the firm commitment of the Consistory for the quality of service, transparency and accountability to the inhabitants of the municipality, always supported by the collaboration and involvement of all employees of the City Council.
