It was ten o'clock on Wednesday night, April 17, when the passage of the Most Holy Crucified Christ went on the shoulders of the Church of Our Lady of La Salceda in Las Torres de Cotillas to begin the procession of Silence.

A parade that every year fills the Holy Wednesday Torreño with solemnity and recollection, from the hand of hundreds of Nazarenes in black robes.

At the doors of the temple the bell of auroros Virgin of the local Rosary dedicated, as it is tradition, one of its traditional songs to the Christ.

Later, the unique step of the brotherhood of the Most Holy Crucified Christ made the usual tour of the Torrena processions, accompanied by a large number of faithful.

PROGRAM

· April 19: FRIDAY HOLY

- 9 am: Via Crucis through the streets (Parish of Nª Sª de la Asunción).

- 9 am: Procession of Calvary.

- 6pm: Celebration of the Passion and Death of the Lord in both parishes.

- 9pm: Procession of the Holy Burial of Christ.

· April 20: SABBATH SATURDAY

- 10 pm: Easter Vigil in both parishes of the town.

· April 21: RESURRECTION SUNDAY

- 8:30 am: Eucharist in the Church of Our Lady of Salceda.

- 9.30 am: Encounter and procession of the Risen One.

- 11 am: Eucharist in the Parish Church of Our Lady of the Assumption (Los Pulpites).

- In the afternoon there will be no celebration of the Eucharist.
