On April 27 the young athlete Torreño Sergio Jornet achieved the control in Alhama de Murcia the minimum mark of 100 meters to play this test in the Championship of Spain University that is held in Castellón on May 4 and 5.
In this way Jornet will attend this competition with his personal best (10'78 ''), where he is also guaranteed a place in the 110 meters hurdles having achieved the necessary time.
The Torreño will compete in these two tests because in this competition their specialty is not contemplated from the base categories, the combined tests.
Jornet is a regular of the regional podiums in this modality and has even been called by the absolute Spanish team, with which he debuted in 2017.
