This is how the Mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, Isabel María Zapata, who has lived in recent days a pair of acts of vandalism before which the City Council has appealed to civility and civic responsibility.
On the one hand, these actions affected the paper mills located in the park next to the Home for the Elderly, which have already been replaced.
On the other hand, in a building next to the House of Culture Pedro Serna appeared some insulting graffiti - already erased - that had been denounced by several neighbors.
"The repair of these acts that affect assets that belong to all the Torreños and Torreñas are made with public resources, which belong to everyone, and it is a pity that we have to suffer the destructive zeal of a few," says Zapata, who also has wanted to request the collaboration of its neighbors before these actions.
"We must all collaborate and if we see someone in situations of this type we must report to the Local Police, whose telephone number is 968.624.092," he recalls.
