More than 100 people enjoyed last Friday May 17 the first edition of the Night of the Museums of Las Torres de Cotillas, framed in the initiative of the International Council of Museums (ICOM).
Five were cultural spaces that could be visited for free to learn more about the history, traditional buildings and the culture of the town.
La Ermita de la Cruz, the Dioramas de la Pasión exhibition located in the old City Hall, the D'Stoup palace located in the Divino Maestro school, the Roman archeology exhibition that houses the Pedro Serna House of Culture and the Church of Our Mrs. de la Salceda -with sample of the song of the bell of auroros Virgin of the Rosary included-, were the points proposed in the evening.
The official chronicler of the Villa and historian, Ricardo Montes, or the president of the Cabildo Superior de Cofradías local and licensed in History, Juan José Ruiz, were some of the guides in this initiative coordinated by the Department of Culture.
A proposal in which there was also space for free visits, since the spaces were open until around midnight.
