The municipal sports center of Las Torres de Cotillas will be the stage between the next June 5 and 28 of a chess workshop.

Aimed at participants older than five years, it will be held on Wednesdays or Fridays from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm and will cost 20 euros per student.

"It is an activity that, among other benefits, improves concentration, creativity, calculation, enhances memory," explains Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Ginés Pérez, whose area collaborates with this initiative.
