This is a contest on financial knowledge, in which two eliminatory phases have already been played with the participation of 330 institutes throughout Spain.
In this contest the teams must answer questions that focus on issues of personal finance and home economics, in the main financial products and, in general, in the world of economics, finance and financial markets and that increase in difficulty according to the contest phases advance.
Ángel Martínez (3rd ESO), Marcos Moreno (4th ESO), Jesús Hernández, Jonathan Leonardo Quesada and Sara Souidi (1st Bachillerato), coordinated by their teachers Ana Macovei and Ángela Alonso, are Torreño representatives in this contest.
"The next phase will be held in September, at the headquarters of the Bank of Spain in Barcelona," explains the acting mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who has wished them "all the luck of the world on behalf of the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas" .
