The Peña Rincón Pulpitero de Las Torres de Cotillas has presented on Wednesday, June 26 at the local City Council its 26th Cultural Week, in an act presided over by Torreño mayor Joaquín Vela Fernández.
This proposal proposes five spectacular evenings that will be held from July 3 to 7 (9:30 pm) in the Juan Baños municipal auditorium, all with free and free assistance.
This act of presentation has also had the assistance of the Councilor for Culture, Antonio Contreras Martinez, and the secretary of the club, Pedro Martinez.
A Cultural Week that will start on Tuesday, July 3, with a new edition of the Elisa Toledo folklore festival, in which the El Celemín rock, the Los Serrano family and the host group Virgen de Fátima will participate.
In addition, there will be a change of gangs, the delivery of badges to the godmothers and godparents of the peña, and the appointment as a godmother of honor of Nazaret Navarro, journalist of the regional chain 7 Televisión Región de Murcia.
More evenings
On Wednesday, June 4, a night with traditions is scheduled, where the Zaraiche gang (Murcia), the group Delicias de Murcia (Peña Palmera Melón), the Alameda del Rincón group with the choir and the rondalla de la peña Rincon Pulpitero will perform.
The Rociero of the Year will also be nominated, the LanzaRincón prizes will be awarded and there will be space for humor by the Alameda del Rincón group.
A night of varied rhythms is the proposal for Thursday, June 5, which will begin with a nod to Disney's Coco movie.
An evening that will offer varied dances, humor numbers and the delivery of the Golden Thimble, and in which will participate the artistic space Oil and Comparsa Guakara -both from Murcia-, as well as the comparsa Timanfaya from the host club.
On Friday, June 6, the performances of the groups Izel, Kimera and Yemanyá, and Julia Torres and Tatiana Vicente will be held, as well as surprises and competitions for the entire audience.
Finally, on Saturday, July 7, the Canta-Rincón will once again offer a great magical night for the little ones.
