The main post that the Guardia Civil has in the Local Security Center of Las Torres de Cotillas will have four new troops.
These civil guards received their dispatch at the Guard Academy of Baeza (Jaén) and at the Young Guard School of Valdemoro (Madrid) this June, and will soon join their service in the Torreño municipality.
"We want to thank the Government of Spain and the Ministry of the Interior for these additions, which will improve the security of our neighbors," says the mayor Torreño, Joaquin Vela Fernandez, who recalls that this position also has agents of the Judicial Police to intervene in the most serious criminal acts.
Extensive facilities
The facilities of the Benemérita in Las Torres de Cotillas have 590 m2, distributed between a semi-basement and two floors.
From them the agents provide service to the area of ​​the Vega Media and the districts of the northwest arch of the city of Murcia.
"The Local Security Center of the municipality also hosts the premises of our Local Police, which favors a close collaboration between both security bodies", explains the Councilor for Public Safety, Francisco José Caravaca Bravo.
