The sprinter Angel Salinas has done it again.
The one of Las Torres de Cotillas, a regular of the regional and national podiums in the categories of veterans, this last weekend was hung three national golds in the 54º Championship of Spain masters in the open air celebrated in the Valencian locality of Sagunto.
Some titles he got in his favorite speed tests, in the category of people over 65 years old (M65): 100, 200 and 400 meters.
Salinas has an extensive track record, which this year has added the titles of 100, 200 and 400 meters of the regional outdoor master championship of Lorca.
In addition, last March was proclaimed in Ourense national champion of 60, 200 and 40 meters flat veterans over 65 years indoor track.
A few days later he took part in the world indoor track championship in Poland, where he was fifth in the 200 meters and in the 400 meters the fall caused by a rival made him lose a medal that was almost assured.
