The district of San Pedro de Las Torres de Cotillas has lived this year its saddest parties.
And the fact is that the tragic death of a young and beloved neighbor of the neighborhood led to the commission of parties to annul as a sign of mourning almost the entire program of festive events that he had prepared with so much care and affection.
The only appointments that have been respected have been two, the most direct in honor of the employer, held on Sunday, June 30.
On the one hand, the Eucharist officiated by the parish priest Ismael Sánchez in the Plaza de la Ermita;
and, on the other, the procession, which this year left aside its traditional joyful air to acquire a more solemn and formal one.
A parade attended by the Torreño mayor, Joaquín Vela Fernández, and several members of his government team, as well as a large number of residents of the municipality.
