The City Council of Las Torres de Cotillas has scheduled a modern family music and arts festival for local festivities that begin on August 23.
With the municipal auditorium Juan Baño as a stage, it will take place on Tuesday, August 27 with the title Las Torres as a family and will be a multidisciplinary event with workshops, circus acrobatics shows, theater, humor, clown, aerial dance, live music….
"Our idea of ​​popular celebrations fits perfectly with this proposal, a quality cultural event that can be enjoyed by both young and old and, of course, free of charge," says the mayor, Joaquín Vela Fernández.
This festival will begin at 7:30 pm with a children's circus and acrobatics workshop for participants from 6 to 12 years old.
"This activity will require registration in the Department of Celebrations (968.626.511), as places are limited," says the mayor of the area, Francisco José Caravaca Bravo.
At 9:00 pm, the air, earth, fire and water aerial dance show will be held, which will star Naty Guerrero.
Then it will be the turn of Sophie Circus with her circus show Mareography (9:30 pm) and as a climax to the festival at 10 pm the Bily Boom Band concert will take place.
"We wanted to explore new areas in the holiday program, try different and original activities, but without neglecting the spirit that programming must satisfy all tastes," says the councilor.
