After the holiday return, the Spanish city councils will be immersed in a frenetic preparatory activity of their municipal budgets.
Thus, local public accounts that claim to be realistic, productive and efficient must meet three fundamental premises: provide coverage to the most vulnerable segments of the population, boost economic activity with job creation and attract public and private investments to consolidate / improve the standards of quality of life of its neighbors with the creation and maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and services.
These three commandments are those that should not ignore any town hall with a clear strategy of citizen service, to the general interests of the neighbors.
That is why it is absolutely logical and necessary that the councils design expansive accounts.
Something that should be favored both externally by the arrival of more allocations from state and regional administrations and internally by profitable efforts to consolidate finances, resulting in the double positive effect of increasing investments and reducing the fiscal burden.
The implementation of both qualities or factors must mean for the consistories a management exercise aimed at enabling the generation of productive fabric, economic activity, jobs and investor deposits, thus making things easy for entrepreneurs.
It is necessary to arbitrate some accounts with which our municipalities improve in the economic (dynamizing the creation of companies, new employment contracts and pulverizing the unemployment lists to the maximum) and in the social (investing, I repeat, in the fight against poverty within of a comprehensive population protection strategy with the enhancement of community care and welfare programs).
In sum, an adequate administration of resources that does not touch the pockets of citizens, who must pay just for the services they receive and that would correspond to a tax reduction.
Another profitable chapter of the future is that of investments, small and large works in a deployment of coverage for all neighborhoods equally and that would result in the improvement of the quality of life of neighbors and the creation of direct and indirect jobs .
In itself, our councils are currently leaving in good conditions to successfully face the challenges of the short-term future in the field of tasks that are mapped as north and guides the general well-being of the neighbors.
Everything is good to put in maximum value the economy of a municipality and its sectors of activity, whether they are in operation or those that are implemented in the short and medium term with innovation for the future flag and modernization.
