The House of Culture 'Pedro Serna' of Las Torres de Cotillas hosted on Thursday afternoon November 21 a free talk organized by the local board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in collaboration with the City Council.

This activity, taught by the AECC Murcia psycho-social team, aimed to show the programs and services of this association.

The talk was attended by the Councilor for Health and Sport, Alberta Martínez Vázquez, and the president of the Torrena board of the AECC, Amalia Pérez Baño.

"The AECC has been providing for years a very important support to patients and family members, which is complemented with the tasks of awareness to achieve an early detection of this disease," said the mayor.
