“Taking advantage of the international week of volunteering, we have launched this initiative, whose objectives include the recruitment of new volunteers,†explains Councilwoman María del Mar Ruiz Rosillo.
Therefore, tomorrow Friday, December 13, an information tent on this service will be installed in the weekly market (Oltra Moltó street).
From 9 to 12 hours staff of the Department and the volunteers themselves will explain how this service works that fosters solidarity and active participation of citizens, what services it provides, how to collaborate ...
"It is appreciated the work of these people who selflessly offer their time to others, doing a great job for the residents of Las Torres de Cotillas," said the mayor, who recalls that volunteers receive the appropriate training to perform his homeworks.
