The City of Las Torres de Cotillas, through its Department of Education, is providing training in academic and parliamentary competitive debate.

These free classes, taught in the municipal plenary hall by the specialist Pedro Guerrero, are aimed at about 15 young people from 3rd and 4th ESO, and 1st and 2nd Baccalaureate from local schools.

"In addition to the classes of these models of debate, the improvement is also being done in public speaking and in the students' confidence to speak in public," explains Councilman Rafael Martínez García.

The next training session will be on December 28, while by 2020 there is a larger schedule of classes.
