To request the Congress of Deputies to question the President of the Government about the agreements reached with independentistas and populists and reject the actions of a president who has agreed with those who want to end the constitutional consensus and the equality of all Spaniards were the objectives of the Motion that, presented in the recent Plenary by the Municipal Group of the PP in the City of Las Torres de Cotillas, has not been debated or voted for the contrary position of the councilors of the PSOE and the abstention of the mayor of Citizens.
The content of the motion included six points of agreement, some of them with several sections.
He proposed, for example, to urge the President of the Government to break his agreements with the independentistas of ERC and the pro -tarras of Bildu, and to ask all the parliamentary groups of the Congress of Deputies to have their deputies, as legitimate representatives of all Spaniards, request the appearance of Mr. Sánchez to be questioned on several aspects related to the debate of the recent investiture session of the president of the Nation's Executive in the Lower House and also and in part with the content of the Government agreement between the Socialist Party Spanish Worker and United We Can.
He also proposed to urge all parliamentary groups of the Congress of Deputies to have their deputies, as legitimate representatives of all Spaniards, submit a motion to reject the performance of the President of the Government.
A President of the Government - affirms the Motion - that has agreed with those parties that seek to break the Spanish unity and end the democracy and the rule of law in force in our country.
In fourth and last place, the councilors of the PP Torreño requested to transfer this agreement (plenary) to all the parliamentary groups of the Congress of Deputies and to the Committee on Petitions of the Congress.
In this sense, the "popular" councilors considered that, after the inauguration of Sanchez at the expense of assignments that, under his criteria, go against the constitutional order and equality of the Spaniards, the Municipal Group of the Torreño Popular Party is in the obligation to bring to the Plenary this question that they consider vital.
Thus, the purpose of this motion was to defend all citizens, who have seen in recent days how the race towards Moncloa has been an accumulation of assignments and agreements with all those groups that want to destroy the constitutional order, as well as that They want to fragment the unity of Spain.
Agreements that have been made with the consensus of all the PSOE deputies who raised their voices against those agreements and who have followed party discipline, granting Sánchez a government based on the constant lies and contradictions of his leader.
Thus, the PP has lamented that in the investiture debate they have been able to listen to Sánchez phrases such as "promoting the necessary reforms to adapt the structure of the State to the recognition of territorial identities, agreeing, where appropriate, the necessary legal modifications, attending to national feelings of belonging, "among others.
Some serious assertions by Sánchez that have generated great uncertainty and fear for what the breaking of the constitutional model that we all imposed in 1978 may mean.
Faced with this situation, the PP has defended that citizens are crying out to the constitutionalist amparo parties to defend Spain from welfare, equality and solidarity between territories, so it has considered that constitutionalist parties must combine these concerns and initiatives and defend our identity in all administrations in which we have institutional representation.
