The Department of Youth of Las Torres de Cotillas proposes two workshops of makeup and characterization of Carnival aimed at young people, in which two age groups are proposed: the child will take place on Friday, February 21 from 4 pm to 8 pm and addresses participants from 6 to 12 years old, who must be accompanied by an adult;
and the youth, from 12 to 30 years old, will be on Saturday, February 22 from 11 to 15 hours.
Both proposals will be developed at the Young Artists Center, will have a maximum quota of 10 seats and a price of 5.20 euros.
The courses include all the necessary material to carry out the makeup and attendees will learn which ones to use, how to apply them or their durability, as well as characterization ideas appropriate to their age.
"The goal is to provide young people with tools to be able to make their makeup and characterizations themselves to accompany their costumes at the carnivals," explains the councilor, Antonio Contreras Martínez, who advances that each participant will take a set of basic makeup to use it in his next characterization.
Interested persons must submit their registration until February 19 in the register of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas.
