The Royal Decree Law that the Government of the socialist Pedro Sánchez issued on March 14 served to set in motion the state of alarm that will be in force until April 26.
In that norm it was forced to the suspension of terms and the interruption of procedures of any Public Administration, be they Ministries, Autonomous Communities and city councils.
But now comes the good.
The municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas published in full alarm, on April 1 and 2, three announcements in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) in which they set test dates and deadlines for approval and claims of lists of admitted and excluded in the competitions to fill three positions of municipal officials.
In a hurry and running, as they say.
Setting deadlines and procedures the Torreño city council without taking into account its computation and procedures from when the alarm state ends, not before.
Do not do the opposite of what the rest of the consistories of Spain do.
More than a week ago, the PP of Las Torres de Cotillas publicly denounced this state of things badly done and also in writing addressed to the mayor, and even today the city council chaired by Joaquín Vela has not rectified this irregularity at least.
Again, from the PP Torreño we request the mayor and his councilor for Personnel to comply with the law, strictly respect the state of alarm and the rights of the opponents who aspire to these positions of officials, rectify and publish three other announcements in the Official Gazette of the Murcia region with the correct deadlines and procedures for these selective processes.
Be transparent, legal and do what all the citizens of this country do: comply with the state of alarm.
Give an example.
For ethics, civility, responsibility and respect for the institution they manage: the town hall of all Torreños.
