| The Department of Education proposes prizes for school supplies worth 400 euros and the work will be sent via WhatsApp | 'From my window' is the title of the children's drawing contest proposed by the Department of Education of Las Torres de Cotillas so that the smallest of the municipality give their vision of this confinement decreed during the state of alarm.
"We want boys and girls to draw what they see or what they can imagine from a window in their house.
The objective is to make this complicated situation more bearable in an entertaining way in which to develop their talent and imagination," explains Mayor Joaquín.
Fernández candle. The deadline for submission of the drawings ends on May 15 and two categories have been established: the first, for Early Childhood Education of the 2nd cycle (3, 4 and 5 years) and Primary; and the second, for Secondary.
"Prizes have been established for school supplies worth 400 euros to spend in a municipal bookstore: for each category there will be a first prize of 100 euros, and two mentions of 50 euros each," advises councilman Rafael Martínez García. To participate, you must send a photo of the drawing by WhatsApp to the phone 647.938.566, indicating the name, course and telephone number of the participating person, as well as the name of their educational center. All the drawings received will be exposed as they are received in a blog created by the Department.
"The appointed jury will choose the winning works, which will also be displayed on the municipal website and at the Town Hall two weeks after the state of alarm ends," said the mayor, who indicates that the awards will be delivered after the state of alarm.
