| This act is part of the national mourning declared by the Government of Spain until Saturday, June 6 | The Plaza Adolfo Suárez in Las Torres de Cotillas has been the scene at noon today, Wednesday, May 27, for an emotional minute of silence in memory of those killed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
"All our love and esteem goes to his family and friends, from whom this extraordinary illness has been violently and unexpectedly ripped from his loved ones.
Our deepest condolences to all of them," says Mayor Torreño, Joaquín Vela Fernandez. This act is part of the official mourning declared by the Torreño City Council, in compliance with the Royal Decree published in the BOE, which adds to the national mourning declared by the Government of Spain until Saturday June 6 in memory and tribute to the deceased by this virus.
