"We firmly believe that these sectors of our people must be one of the pillars for economic recovery after the health crisis caused by COVID-19," said the mayor, who presented measures to support these establishments at this work meeting . In fact, the Torreño City Council is already working on a campaign to promote consumption in the local hospitality industry, which will be launched shortly and will also benefit commerce.
"The proximity economy, spending on our neighbors' businesses, is the best way to contribute to the local recovery," he points out. The importance of business associationism to more easily achieve common objectives was also a point discussed at this meeting, where the need for hotel beds was highlighted both in the Torreño municipality and in the rest of the Region.
