That is the situation of the city council governed by PSOE and Citizens from the beginning of the legislature and aggravated even more now with the state of alarm, de-escalation and the new normality for which they have not put solutions, measures or the desire to do things at the less moderately well.A good ruler is one who anticipates the problems of his neighbors and remedies them.The PSOE and Ciudadanos do not have a plan, a roadmap or an idea to fully mitigate the health, social and economic damages of the coronavirus in Las Torres de Cotillas.
