"The Department of Services, through the concessionary company of the urban solid waste collection service, has detected non-compliance with the regulations," explains Torreño mayor, Joaquín Vela Fernández, who recalls that for these minor infractions the ordinance includes fines of up to 750 euros, depending on the intention, the damages caused, reiteration ... "Those who deposit their garbage or leave their belongings in conditions and / or places other than those determined by the City Council will be sanctioned," says the mayor, who reports that during this health crisis, cleaning and disinfection work has increased.
